About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Housing Options team for a Housing Options Administration Assistant. This is a key role within the service area, providing clerical and administration support to the Housing Options team.
 
Some of the key responsibilities involve maintaining Your Choice Your Home, providing low level housing advise, assessment of applications, undertaking annual reviews of customers that are members of the housing waiting list and maintaining Temporary Accommodation rent accounts for homeless clients.
 
Please note this is a fixed term maternity cover contract through to approx. 31st of May 2027.

About You

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn, be enthusiastic and self- motivated with the ability to work within a fast paced environment.
