About The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly and welcoming team! This role will be working collaboratively across our People Services, delivering high quality, effective, and professional business support.
 
You will be helping vulnerable residents in our communities and helping prevent homelessness by improving residents’ quality of life through housing, welfare, home adaptations, early help and support, and community integration.
 
This is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months.

About You

The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills and be able to deal with a range of customer enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, and in writing.
 
You will need to work methodically to manage a range of tasks and competing priorities and be able to accurately input and collate data.

A key part of this role will include giving advice and signposting enquiries over the phone using your excellent interpersonal skills and being able to engage with stakeholders.
